CEBS graduates are professionals who have earned the preeminent designation in employee benefits by passing a series of rigorous courses and examinations directed and developed by International Foundation academic partners, the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

CEBS courses are focused and take an in-depth approach to plan design, funding and administration of group health and retirement benefits. Participants don’t just memorize a textbook.
