ERISA Advisory Council Meeting Scheduled for May 5; Statements Due April 28

The Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA) announced the 215th meeting of the Advisory Council on Employee Welfare and Pension Benefit Plans to be held in-person and via teleconference on Friday, May 5, 2023 from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. ET.

The meeting will take place at the U.S. Department of Labor, 200 Constitution Avenue NW, Room C5515 – 1A/1B, Washington, DC 20210. The meeting will also be accessible via teleconference. Instructions for public teleconference access will be available on the ERISA Advisory Council’s web page at https://www.dol.gov/agencies/ebsa/about-ebsa/about-us/erisa-advisory-council approximately one week prior to the meeting.

In this meeting, the Advisory Council will set the topics to be addressed in 2023 and receive an update from EBSA leadership.

Statements are due Friday, April 28, 2023.
