OSFI Issues Final Instruction Guide on Asset Transfers Related to Defined Contribution Provisions of Pension Plans

The Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (OSFI) has issued the final version of the Instruction Guide for Asset Transfers Related to Defined Contribution Provisions of Pension Plans and its accompanying form, the Approval Request Form for Asset Transfers Related to Defined Contribution Provisions of Pension Plans.
