Paid Sick Leave (U.S.)
An increasing number of organizations are offering their employees sick leave, whether paid or unpaid. There is currently no federal requirement that employers offer employees paid sick leave if they or family members fall ill and are unable to work. Many states and municipalities now mandate paid sick leave. The International Foundation will keep you up to date on the changing paid sick leave landscape.
